Healing sessions usually last an hour and a half. This time is used to identify - through discussion (about 40 minutes) - what blockages, traumas, negative patterns, or limiting beliefs may be present. The treatment itself is focused on clearing these issues through energy healing, and takes about 45 minutes, during which the patient lies comfortably on a treatment table. The remaining 5 minutes of a session are dedicated to summarising the work that has been done and prescribing breathing and mindfulness tools to help support the process. Please email for pricing.
